Dear colleagues:
Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) communities work to develop and implement a coordinated community response to prevent and end youth and young adult (YYA) homelessness. As part of this response, they address the four core youth outcomes outlined in the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness'
Federal Framework to End Youth Homelessness: stable housing, education and employment, permanent connections, and wellbeing. NCHE works with communities to support the inclusion of education partnerships and pathways in YHDP work.
